• The customer should use the lighting in accordance with its intended use and function, this General Use and Maintenance Manual, and the installation and operation manual intended for a specific lighting model.
• Children are prohibited from using or touching the lighting.
• The lighting is not intended for use by persons with limited physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or persons who do not have experience, knowledge, or sufficient knowledge of electrical equipment, except for use under the supervision and responsibility of a person responsible for their safety.
• The lighting should be unpacked with care. Do not use sharp tools as this may damage the lighting.
• The lighting should be installed in accordance with the attached assembly instructions. Make sure that the lighting is installed in accordance with applicable standards and rules for dealing with electrical equipment.
• The electrical connection of lighting should only be made by a person with appropriate qualifications and electrical licenses.
• The lighting should be attached to the mounting surface using appropriate elements (screws and expansion plugs).
• Mounting elements must be selected appropriately to the mounting surface. Therefore, mounting elements may not be included with the lighting. If mounting elements are included with the lighting, the Customer is obliged to verify whether they are appropriate for the mounting surface on which the lighting is to be placed. If you have any doubts regarding the selection of appropriate mounting elements, please seek specialist advice.
• The selected mounting surface should have the capacity to bear the weight of the selected lighting. The mounting surface should be stable and even.
• The lighting cannot be mounted on flammable surfaces.
• The electrical power system to which the lighting is connected must have:
  • properly functioning and efficient grounding.
  • residual current circuit breaker with rated current (ln) not higher than 30mA.
  • switch ensuring contact opening at each pole ≥3mm.
• The proper functioning of the electrical power system to which the display is connected should be periodically tested, including in particular the operation of the circuit breaker referred to in section 7 point 3 above.
• The condition of the connections should be tested at least once a quarter. If the connections have become loose due to use, this should be remedied by tightening the appropriate elements (connectors and cables).
• The lighting is intended for indoor use in rooms that meet the following conditions:
  • The room should be dry and the relative air humidity should be between 40 and 70%.
  • The room should be closed.
  • The room temperature should be between 10 and 35°C.
• Lighting should be protected against:
  • weather conditions.
  • mechanical damage.
• It is not allowed:
  • hanging any objects on the lighting.
  • sitting, standing, or placing any objects on the lighting.
  • covering the lighting fixture, lampshade, or lampshade with any material, especially flammable materials.
  • using lighting contrary to its intended use and instructions.
• The Seller is not liable for damage to the mounting surface, lighting, or any other damage caused by failure to comply with these General Instructions and the installation and operating instructions intended for a specific lighting model.
• Lighting should be kept at a distance of not less than 1 m from external active heat sources, such as radiators, radiators, stoves, fireplaces.
• The lighting can only be used after:
  • proper installation and connection to the electrical power system by a person with appropriate qualifications and electrical licenses.
  • verifying that none of its components are damaged or incomplete.

Installing and replacing bulbs:

• Before installation or replacement, it is necessary to turn off the lighting power supply via the switch located in the permanent electrical power system (fuse) and - in the case of replacement - wait until all lighting elements, especially the bulbs, have completely cooled down. Touching a heated lighting element may result in burns.
• The bulb to be installed or replaced must have the ratings consistent with those indicated on the lighting fixture.

Lighting care:

• It is prohibited to use any agents and materials not intended for cleaning and maintenance of lighting, including in particular any abrasive agents or agents containing solvents and/or alcohol.
• Only mild agents intended for the care, cleaning, and maintenance of lighting and soft and clean fabrics should be used.
• The use of strong agents, abrasive agents, agents containing solvents or alcohol, as well as hard, sharp, or dirty materials may cause irreversible damage to the lighting, for which the Customer is solely responsible.

• The customer is obliged to avoid flooding or splashing the lighting with chemicals (not intended for lighting), oils, acids, solvents, or alcohol. In the event of possible contamination or splashing, exercise particular caution and verify whether there is a short circuit that could pose a threat to health and life. Immediately remove any contamination from the lighting surface to minimize the risk of damage to the lighting.
• If it is necessary to move the lighting, this should be done by dismantling and installing the lighting in a new place in accordance with the standards and rules indicated above and the assembly and operating instructions intended for a specific lighting model.
